Report a Security Issue:
At Toucan we take your security seriously.  If you think you have found a security issue within any of our services, App or devices please alert us immediately by using the email address: report@toucansmarthome.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 121 222 5657.

A member of our team will respond to your report within 48hrs to acknowledge receipt using your preferred method of contact which should be specified when submitting your report. 

Following this we will send you updates on a weekly basis to advise you on the progress of the investigation into your report and the subsequent resolution and fix.
